Block Buster Spell

Block Busting

This a sister post to my road opening instructions from last month, as I mentioned that this type of work was the much more intense version of a road opening.

As I said in the article on road opening, sometimes there are obstacles in your life that are difficult to overcome. While road opening may cut away thick grass in your way, block busting will be blow away entire mountains. For this reason, block busting should only be done under careful consideration and not on a whim. Dynamite may be able to blow away a shrub, but it's equally likely that debris will smack you in the face (or worse). Utilize caution and divination in determining whether or not a blockbusting is necessary. When it is, it is a very powerful tool.

Many of the spirits who can road open can also block bust. Especially those who rule over crossroads.

Block Busting Vigil

This is a spell of my own design, presented here for your use.

What you'll need:

Red vigil candle
Whiskey, Block Buster oil or High John the Conqueror Oil
Holy Water
5th Pentacle of Mercury
A powder composed of charcoal, rosemary and red pepper

The Ritual

Take the candle and purify it with holy water. Then pour out a little oil or whiskey (be VERY careful if you're using whiskey! a SINGLE drop is more than enough!!) onto the wax and rub it in with your fingers going counterclockwise. Sprinkle the powder into the candle counterclockwise very sparingly.
Place the candle on top of the pentacle and light it.
Pray Exodus 14 and Psalm 24 followed by your petition.
Repeat this for as many days as the candle burns.
If the candle is blackened or burned, repeat the ritual until it shows up clear. This is typically a sign that there is a blockage.

Block Busting Jackball

A jackball is a type of container object in hoodoo. It is composed of a selection of herbs made into a core using wax or paper. This is then sealed by red string being wrapped around it until it forms a ball. It is used by swinging the ball to counterclockwise, clockwise, etc. while praying your petition.

A jackball may be made for block busting with a single High John the Conqueror root.

What you'll need:

Red yarn
High John root
Whiskey
Paper
White candle
Yarn needle

Creation

Tap the root on your working space three times to wake it up. Hold it close to your mouth and breathe into it your intent. Dip it into the whiskey as an offering.
Write on a piece of paper "Block Bust" or specific verses from the bible you prefer for this purpose. Wrap this completely around the root and drip wax from the candle until it is sealed tight.
Now, begin wrapping the red yarn around the ball of wax AWAY from you until you get a small ball of yarn. Cut off the tail from the source of your yarn and thread it through the needle. Push the needle through the center of the ball and pull the tail all the way through. Tie this end with nine knots.
Anoint the ball with a little bit of whiskey and pray over it Exodus 14.

To use this jackball, swing it counterclockwise while praying your verses, psalms and petition. You can do this before the vigil light.

Psalms and Verses

Exodus 14

14 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
Speak unto the children of Israel, that they turn and encamp before Pihahiroth, between Migdol and the sea, over against Baalzephon: before it shall ye encamp by the sea.
For Pharaoh will say of the children of Israel, They are entangled in the land, the wilderness hath shut them in.
And I will harden Pharaoh's heart, that he shall follow after them; and I will be honoured upon Pharaoh, and upon all his host; that the Egyptians may know that I am the Lord. And they did so.
And it was told the king of Egypt that the people fled: and the heart of Pharaoh and of his servants was turned against the people, and they said, Why have we done this, that we have let Israel go from serving us?
And he made ready his chariot, and took his people with him:
And he took six hundred chosen chariots, and all the chariots of Egypt, and captains over every one of them.
And the Lord hardened the heart of Pharaoh king of Egypt, and he pursued after the children of Israel: and the children of Israel went out with an high hand.
But the Egyptians pursued after them, all the horses and chariots of Pharaoh, and his horsemen, and his army, and overtook them encamping by the sea, beside Pihahiroth, before Baalzephon.
10 And when Pharaoh drew nigh, the children of Israel lifted up their eyes, and, behold, the Egyptians marched after them; and they were sore afraid: and the children of Israel cried out unto the Lord.
11 And they said unto Moses, Because there were no graves in Egypt, hast thou taken us away to die in the wilderness? wherefore hast thou dealt thus with us, to carry us forth out of Egypt?
12 Is not this the word that we did tell thee in Egypt, saying, Let us alone, that we may serve the Egyptians? For it had been better for us to serve the Egyptians, than that we should die in the wilderness.
13 And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever.
14 The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.
15 And the Lord said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward:
16 But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea.
17 And I, behold, I will harden the hearts of the Egyptians, and they shall follow them: and I will get me honour upon Pharaoh, and upon all his host, upon his chariots, and upon his horsemen.
18 And the Egyptians shall know that I am the Lord, when I have gotten me honour upon Pharaoh, upon his chariots, and upon his horsemen.
19 And the angel of God, which went before the camp of Israel, removed and went behind them; and the pillar of the cloud went from before their face, and stood behind them:
20 And it came between the camp of the Egyptians and the camp of Israel; and it was a cloud and darkness to them, but it gave light by night to these: so that the one came not near the other all the night.
21 And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the Lord caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided.
22 And the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea upon the dry ground: and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.
23 And the Egyptians pursued, and went in after them to the midst of the sea, even all Pharaoh's horses, his chariots, and his horsemen.
24 And it came to pass, that in the morning watch the Lord looked unto the host of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and of the cloud, and troubled the host of the Egyptians,
25 And took off their chariot wheels, that they drave them heavily: so that the Egyptians said, Let us flee from the face of Israel; for the Lord fighteth for them against the Egyptians.
26 And the Lord said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand over the sea, that the waters may come again upon the Egyptians, upon their chariots, and upon their horsemen.
27 And Moses stretched forth his hand over the sea, and the sea returned to his strength when the morning appeared; and the Egyptians fled against it; and the Lord overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea.
28 And the waters returned, and covered the chariots, and the horsemen, and all the host of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them; there remained not so much as one of them.
29 But the children of Israel walked upon dry land in the midst of the sea; and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.
30 Thus the Lord saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians; and Israel saw the Egyptians dead upon the sea shore.
31 And Israel saw that great work which the Lord did upon the Egyptians: and the people feared the Lord, and believed the Lord, and his servant Moses.

Place emphasis on the verses where Moses parts the sea through the help of God. This is what you want. A BIG miracle!

Psalm 24

The earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.
Who shall ascend into the hill of the Lord? or who shall stand in his holy place?
He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.
He shall receive the blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.
This is the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, O Jacob. Selah.
Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.
Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle.
Lift up your heads, O ye gates; even lift them up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.
10 Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, he is the King of glory. Selah.

Spirits that Block Bust

St Death/Santa Muerte

Holy Infant of Atocha/El Santo Nino de Atocha: He is a powerful manifestation of Jesus as a child. Petitioned for court cases and blockbusting especially. He is a saint that, like a child, can become distracted during his work. This may lead to his fulfilling of a petition being subpar. It will be "soft". However, when he hits hard, he can be a very powerful ally.
To keep him on task, he can worked alongside The Holy Mother, St Anthony or St Jude.

Road Opening Spell

Road Opening

I feel that I should explain what road opening is, even though it is a concept thrown around a lot after the rise of urban hoodoo. Road Opening is a concept that draws on the imagery of life being a road that one walks. Fallen trees, ditches, rocky terrain etc. are the obstacles we find in life that lessen our enjoyment or bring it to a halt altogether. A thick shrub one must hack away or a mountain one must demolish. Road opening is a category of working that serves to remove more "minor" types of obstacles ( block busting is for demolishing that mountain) in the way of success. This type of working can be applied to almost ANY situation. It is helpful before love/money drawings and after emerging from the burden of a curse, to smooth and sweeten the path of life as you tread it.

In the realm of road opening, some of the most powerful entities for working this are crossroad spirits. These may be genii loci (local spirits attached intimately to a particular road, mountain, river, tree etc.), saints, demons, and even gods. These types of entities exist in almost every culture and place, so you won't have to go around appropriating orishas and exus from religions you don't practice and end up crossing your roads even more! There are plenty of non crossroad spirits that can do this kind of work as well, so don't limit yourself either.

Road Opening Vigil Light

This is a spell taken from Starr Casas' The Conjure Workbook: Working the Root. I have altered the spell in my own practices and post it here as I perform it.

What you'll Need:

A Jar or Bowl
A small hand trowel (the kind used for gardening)
Sugar
Five coins (of any denomination)
A magnet or lodestone
Whiskey or Rum
White Vigil Candle
5th Pentacle of Solomon

Performing the Spell

First, you're going to go out and collect some dirt. I'll probably make a more indepth post on this at a latter date, specifying what dirts are good for what, methods, etc. But for now, it's sufficient to say you will go to your front door and gather some earth into the jar with your trowel. Pour a little whiskey or rum where your have taken your dirt saying;

"Spirits of my property, accept this offering of liquor as payment for the dirt you have allowed to take. Thank you for your help."

Then you will go to the nearest crossroads and follow the same procedure, giving thanks to the spirits of the crossroad.

Coming home to your altar, shake the jar a little to even out the dirt. Take the lodestone or magnet and give a generous dressing of whiskey in the sign of the cross (the crossroads itself). Ask the lodestone to help you in this road opening rite. Put this in the center of the dirt of the jar or bowl. On top, place the five coins in the shape of a cross. Cover this all with a good amount of sugar. Place the jar on the 5th Pentacle of Mercury from the Key of Solomon. Take the vigil candle and purify it with holy water. Dress it with some whiskey, rum, Siete Machos, road opener oil etc etc etc. State your petition into the candle's opening and place it on top of the sugar. Make sure before hand that the candle will fit into the jar!
Light the candle and pray your petition, followed or preceded by psalms 23, 24, and 25.
Pray your petition and psalms over this candle for as many days as it burns. When it has finished, dispose of the candle at the crossroads and bury the dirt/sugar in your front yard.

Road Opening Bath

This bath can accompany your vigil light or be taken as a rite in and of itself. The recipe is my own.

What you'll need:

Syrup
Sugar
Cinnamon
Rosemary
Rue
Basil
Mint
Jar of cold water
Holy Water
5 tealights
Mortar and Pestle

Making the Bath

Mix holy water into the jar of regular cold water. Pray to God or another attending spirit for the water to be filled with their grace.
Grind each herb and material (except the syrup) in the mortar and pestle, repeating your petition of road opening. You should always grind clockwise in a operation such as this.
Add each grinded material to the bath one by one, praying as you go. Once all the dry ingredients have been added, add just a drop of syrup.
Close the jar tightly and shake it up well.
Set the five tealights around in the shape of a cross, the fifth one right on top of its lid. Light each one and recite psalms 23, 24, and 25 over it and then your petition. When the tealights have burned out, pour out the bath water over your body. Take this in increments of 4, 7, or 9 days.

Psalms

23rd

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

24th

Selah.

25th

Unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul.
O my God, I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me.
Yea, let none that wait on thee be ashamed: let them be ashamed which transgress without cause.
Shew me thy ways, O Lord; teach me thy paths.
Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.
Remember, O Lord, thy tender mercies and thy lovingkindnesses; for they have been ever of old.
Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: according to thy mercy remember thou me for thy goodness' sake, O Lord.
Good and upright is the Lord: therefore will he teach sinners in the way.
The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way.
10 All the paths of the Lord are mercy and truth unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.
11 For thy name's sake, O Lord, pardon mine iniquity; for it is great.
12 What man is he that feareth the Lord? him shall he teach in the way that he shall choose.
13 His soul shall dwell at ease; and his seed shall inherit the earth.
14 The secret of the Lord is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant.
15 Mine eyes are ever toward the Lord; for he shall pluck my feet out of the net.
16 Turn thee unto me, and have mercy upon me; for I am desolate and afflicted.
17 The troubles of my heart are enlarged: O bring thou me out of my distresses.
18 Look upon mine affliction and my pain; and forgive all my sins.
19 Consider mine enemies; for they are many; and they hate me with cruel hatred.
20 O keep my soul, and deliver me: let me not be ashamed; for I put my trust in thee.
21 Let integrity and uprightness preserve me; for I wait on thee.
22 Redeem Israel, O God, out of all his troubles.

Spirits that Road Open

Here's a short list of entities that rule crossroads and/or can do road opening work. I'll add a + next to all the crossroad spirits. I'll also add any useful notes that I know.

St Peter (San Pedro) +
A very popular crossroad saint. In fact, Starr Casas' original spell calls on St Peter. He is a double headed saint or "left right" saint. This means he works spells for both good and ill. He can open roads as well as close them. He works alone and prefers his own altar space.

St Death (Santa Muerte)
She is not a crossroad saint, but still effective at removing blackages in a devotee's path. In particular, St Death the Red (Santa Muerte La Roja) is effective at road openings. She is fiery and strong, moving quick and agile.

St Anthony of Padua (San Antonio de Padua)
He is a wonderful and compassionate saint who listens to all problems and helps to resolve them. He is particularly good at resolving matters by turning the whole situation to one's favor. St Anthony is also great for sweetening roads, situations, and people. He is, however, famed for working like slow honey and being lethargic at times. To speed up his work, you can pair him with St Death the Red to invoke her fires.

St Jude Thaddeus
A popular saint of Impossible Cases. He can also open opportunities in situations of money and healing.

St Cyprian of Antioch
A famed saint of sorcery, he too can work the spirits of the crossroads to open doorways.

Hermes +
A Greek god of traveling, messages, the crossroads, and guide to the underworld.

Hecate +
A Greek witch mother who is also the goddess of three way crossroads.

Lucifer/Satan +
The witch father in his aspect as Devil of the Crossroads, the Horned Devil can open and close roads in a similar manner to St Peter. He also prefers to work alone or with the witch mother.

Crossroad Genius/Genii
This is the spirit or spirits that are attached to a particular crossroad. You can work with and petition them directly. They can close or open roads. If you work one crossroad for opening roads, keep it to that side of workings. Work road blocking spells in another crossroad.

Prayers for the Dead

We are now in the middle of the festival of the dead. It began on October 31st, All Hallows Eve,  Samhain, Halloween etc. Today is All Saint's Day. Tomorrow,  All Soul's Day. A history of these feast days would be book worthy, so I won't go into that. It should suffice to say that these days are celebrated as when the spirits of the dead can be contacted and fed.  In honour of the Mighty Dead that walk among us now,  I will here present a number of prayers which can be used for them. Praying for the Dead is meant to give them comfort and solace in their condition. There are many dead spirits in the world that cling to their traumas and cannot untangle themselves from their own suffering. Prayer serves as a means to uplift them into "the light", thereby freeing them from their pain. This can be used to elevate Ancestors and to help wandering or cemetery spirits. They are preferably prayed over nine days,  inserting the spirits name into the prayer where apropos.

23rd Psalm (kjv)

1 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

Grant this, O God,
Who livest and reignest for ever and ever,

Amen.

O eternal God, Who,
besides the general precept of charity,
hast commanded a particular respect for parents,
kindred, and benefactors;

by which Thy providence bestowed on us our birth,
education and innumerable other blessings,
so our prayers may be the means to obtain for them
a speedy release from their excessive sufferings,
and admittance to Thine infinite joys.
Through Jesus Christ, Our Lord.

Eternal rest give unto them, O Lord,
And let the perpetual light shine upon them.

May they rest in peace.

Amen.

Litany of the Dead (no 2)

Have mercy on the souls of the faithful departed.

O God the Son, Redeemer of mankind,
Deliver the souls of the faithful departed,

O God the Holy Ghost, perfector of the elect,
Acomplish the bliss of the faithful departed.

Blessed Virgin Mary, who, by the special privilege of grace, wast triumphantly assumed into the Kingdom of Thy Son,
Pray for the souls of the faithful departed. *

Blessed Angels, who, ordering aright the first act of your will, were fixed forthwith in unchangeable happiness, *

Blessed Patriarchs, who were filled with joy when the Desired of Nations put an end to your captivity, *

Blessed Prophets, who, after patiently awaiting the arrival of the Messias, were at length consoled by a visit from Him in person, *

Blessed Saints, who, at the glorious Resurrection of Our Saviour, were translated from Limbo to the visible Presence of God, *

Blessed Apostles, who at the last day shall sit to judge the twelve tribes of Israel, *

Blessed Disciples of Our Lord, who followed His steps in the paths of perfection, *

Blessed Martyrs, who passed through the sea of your own blood, entering immediately into the Land of Promise, *

Blessed Confessors, who despised the vanity of the earth, and placed your affections on the joys of heaven, *

Blessed Virgins, who, with your lighted lamps, awaited the coming of the heavenly Spouse, *

O Holy Saints, who, being freed from all irregular attachment to creatures, were perfectly fitted for immediate union with your Creator, *

Be merciful, O Lord, and pardon their sins.
Be merciful, O Lord, and hear their prayers.

From the shades of death, where the light of Thy countenance shineth not,
Deliver them, O Lord. **

From the evils to which immortification in this world must expose them in the other, **

From Thy displeasure, provoked by negligence and ingratitude, **

From the pains of purgatory, so justly inflicted upon unexpiated sins, **

From the torments incomparably greater than the bitterest anguish of this life, **

By the multitude of Thy mercies, ever compassionate to human frailties, **

By the virtue of Thy Cross, whereon Thou reconciledst the world to Thy Father, **

By Thy victorious descent into hell, to break the chains of death, **

By Thy glorious Resurrection from the tomb, to open the Kingdom of Heaven, **

By Thy triumphant Ascension into heaven, to lead captivity captive, **

By Thy dread coming to judge the world, **

We sinners: Beseech Thee to hear us.

That it please Thee to hasten the day when Thy faithful shall be delivered from the mansions of sorrow,
We beseech Thee to hear us. ***

That it please Thee to shorten the time of their expiation, and to admit them speedily into Thy heavenly sanctuary, ***

That it please Thee, through the prayers and good works performed in Thy Church, to receive them into Thy eternal tabernacles, ***

That it please Thee to accept, in atonement for their sins, the infinite value of Thy unbloody Sacrifice, ***

That the blessed view of Jesus may comfort them, and His unfading glory shine upon them, ***

That the whole Church Triumphant may soon celebrate their deliverance; and the choirs of angels sing new hymns of Joy, on their never ending happiness, ***

That we ourselves may share in their triumph, and unite with all the citizens of heaven in eternal alleluias, ***

Son of God: We beseech Thee to hear us.

Lamb of God, Who shalt come with glory to judge the living and the dead:
Give rest to the souls of the faithful departed.

Lamb of God, at Whose Presence the heavens and the earth shall be moved:
Give rest to the souls of the faithful departed.

Lamb of God, in Whose book of life the names of Thy elect are inscribed:
Give rest to the souls of the faithful departed.

Antiphon: Deliver us, O Lord, from eternal death, in that tremendous day when the heavens and the earth shall be moved, whilst Thou shalt come to judge the world by fire. We tremble and are sore afraid at the discussion which shall take place, and at Thy future wrath, when the heavens shall be moved, and the earth, when Thou shalt come to judge the world by fire. That day is a day of wrath, of calamity, of misery: a great and most bitter day: when Thou shalt come to judge the world by fire.

V. Give them, O Lord, eternal rest:
R. And let perpetual light shine upon them. Amen.

Let us pray.

Grant to Thy servants departed, O Lord, we beseech Thee, Thy mercy, that they who prayed that Thy will be done, may not receive punishments for their misdeeds but that, even as here below the true faith united them to the ranks of the faithful, so in heaven by Thy mercy they may have fellowship with the choirs of angels. Through Christ Our Lord. R. Amen.

Orison to petition God on behalf of the good spirits who come to this world seeking prayers so as to be purified from the evils committed in this world, or restitute some debt or robbery.

(Original footnote suggests praying the Creed and Act of Contrition afterwards)

Leave, Christian Soul, this world, in the name of God the Father Almighty, who created thee; in the name of Jesus Spiritual Son of the Living God, who suffered for thee; in the name of the Holy Spirit, who copiously communicates with thee. Be gone form this body or place where thou lingers, for the Lord now receives thee in His kingdom; Jesus, hear my prayer and be my support as thou are the support of the Saints, Angels, and Archangels; of the Thrones and Dominions; of the Cherubim and Seraphim; of the Prophets, the Saintly Apostles and the Evangelists; of the Saintly martyrs, Confessors, Monks, Religious men and Hermits, of the Saintly Virgins and wives of Jesus Christ and of all Saints of God, who may now give thee a place of rest and enjoyment of peace in the hoy city lf celestial Zion, where thou may praise Him for centuries. Amen.

LET US PRAY

Merciful God, Clement God, God who according to the greatness of thy infinite mercy forgives the sins of this spirit who bears the pain of having committed them, and give him full absolution of past guilt and offenses. Look down with thy eye of mercy in this servant who roams this world pining; open for him, Lord, the gates of Heaven, hear him and grant him forgiveness of all his sins for full-heartedly does he ask this of thee through hi humble confession. Renew and divide, O Merciful Father, the faults and ruins of this soul, an the sins he made and contracted, either by his weakness or by the cunnings and trickeries of the Devil. Admit him and take him back into the body of thy triumphant church. As a living member of it, redeemed by the precious blood of thy son, Feel compassion, Lord, for his moaning; let his tears and his sobbing move thee; let his, and our, supplications soften thee. Support and succor he who places his hope in nothing other than thy mercy, and admit him in thy friendship and grace, by the love thou hast for Jesus Christ, Thy Beloved Son, who lives and reigns with thee for all the centuries of centuries. Amen.

O Soul, atoning for thy faults, I commend thee to God All Mighty, my dearest brother, to him who I ask to support and favor thee as His creature, so as, having paid with death the dues of this life, may thou see the Lord, the sovereign artifice, who from the dust of the earth created thee. When thy soul leaves its body, may the luminous army of Saints come to greet thee and accompany thee, defend thee and celebrate thee; the glorious college of the Saintly Apostles favor thee, being judges for thy cause; the triumphant legions of the Invincible martyrs support thee, the most noble company of the illustrious Confessors receive thee in their midst, and with the soft fragrance of the lilies they carry, symbols of the softness of their virtues, comfort thee; The choirs of the Saintly Virgins, joyful and gay, receive thee; may all of that blessed celestial and courteous company with open arms of true friendship give thee entrance into the glorious bosom of the Patriarchs; may the face of thy redeemer Jesus Christ be appeasable and merciful to thee and may He give thee a place amongst those who are always in His presence. Never will thou taste the horror of the eternal darkness, or the crackling of its flames, nor the sentences that torment the condemned. May Cursed Satan surrender with all his allies, and, when thou passes before them, accompanied by the Angels, let the miserable tremble and flee fearful into the thick darkness of his shadowy residence.

Go, Soul; let thy martyrdom end, for thou no longer belongs to this corporeal world, but rather to the celestial! Thou art free, for if God is favorable to thee, all the enemies who bother Him will be routed; let them run from His presence; vanish like smoke in the air and as wax in the fire, these rebellious and cursed demons; and the joyful just, happily with thee sit at the table of their God. Let the infernal armies be confounded and run, and let the ministers of Satan not dare stop thy path into Heaven. Let Christ, who was crucified for thee, free thee from Hell; let him free thee from those torments thou suffered in this world, tormenting other and being tormented.

Christ, who gave his life for thee, may Christ, Son of the Living God, place thee amongst the meadows and forests of Paradise, which never fade nor wither, and as a true shepherd may he recognize thee as a sheep of his flock. May he absolve thee of all thy sins, and may He sit thee by His right hand among the chosen and predestined; Let God make thee so happy that always assisting in His presence, may thou know with blessed eyes the truth manifest of His divinity, and in the company of the courteous of Heaven may thou enjoy the sweetness of His eternal contemplation for all centuries of centuries. Amen.

Lord's Prayer

Our Father who art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy Name.
Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done,
On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
and the power, and the glory,
for ever and ever.
Amen.

Hail Mary

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of death.
Amen.

Glory Be

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

Any prayer you use,  begin and end with the Lord's Prayer, Hail Mary, and glory be.

The Feast Day of St Jude

Today is the feast day of St Jude Thaddeus,  San Judas Tadeo in Spanish. He is a very popular  wonder working saint venerated in the Catholic church.  When he was living flesh and bone,  St Jude was along the 12 disciples of Christ.  His cousin in fact.
St Jude remained an ever faithful follower of Christ and continued to preach after the crucifixion. He was eventually martyred and his remains removed to Rome.

Like many saints, St Jude has found himself involved in sorcerous activities outside the rules and regulations of the church. He is the patron saint of hopeless and desperate cases, which  is a fairly vague office. He can actually be petitioned for a variety of workings that may appeal to you.

Jude is good to petition for monetary matters, i.e. getting a job or increasing customer traffic. He can heal and prevent disease.  He can bless fertility.  Open roads. He's a versatile guy and VERY helpful.

His personality is very chill and easy to work with. He's a saint who can be worked with practically anybody. St Jude is very calm and focused and values the same in devotees. I recommend working him in specific tasks,  i.e. bring me $100 for rent. However,  that doesn't mean he can't be worked otherwise. There are definitely times you can leave general petitions and receive succor.

St Jude is one of my favorite saints to work with, he has a special place in my heart!

To end this post, here are some correspondences for you guys to work with.  Enjoy!

Prayer

Most holy apostle, St. Jude, faithful servant and friend  of Jesus, the Church honors and invokes you universally, as the patron of hopeless cases, of things almost despaired of.

Pray for me, I am so helpless and alone. Make use I implore you, of that particular privilege given to you, to bring visible and speedy help where help is almost despaired of.

Come to my assistance in this great need that I may receive the consolation and help of heaven in all my necessities, tribulations, and sufferings, particularly (here make your request) and that I may praise God with you and all the elect forever.  I promise, O blessed St. Jude, to be ever mindful of this great favor, to always honor you as my special and powerful patron, and to gratefully encourage devotion to you.  Amen.

Note that I don't include promises to spread his devotion in any of my prayers as I find it unnecessary.

Psalm 77 (the psalm of wonder working saints )

I cried unto God with my voice, even unto God with my voice; and he gave ear unto me.

2 In the day of my trouble I sought the Lord: my sore ran in the night, and ceased not: my soul refused to be comforted.

3 I remembered God, and was troubled: I complained, and my spirit was overwhelmed. Selah.

4 Thou holdest mine eyes waking: I am so troubled that I cannot speak.

5 I have considered the days of old, the years of ancient times.

6 I call to remembrance my song in the night: I commune with mine own heart: and my spirit made diligent search.

7 Will the Lord cast off for ever? and will he be favourable no more?

8 Is his mercy clean gone for ever? doth his promise fail for evermore?

9 Hath God forgotten to be gracious? hath he in anger shut up his tender mercies? Selah.

10 And I said, This is my infirmity: but I will remember the years of the right hand of the most High.

11 I will remember the works of the Lord: surely I will remember thy wonders of old.

12 I will meditate also of all thy work, and talk of thy doings.

13 Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary: who is so great a God as our God?

14 Thou art the God that doest wonders: thou hast declared thy strength among the people.

15 Thou hast with thine arm redeemed thy people, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah.

16 The waters saw thee, O God, the waters saw thee; they were afraid: the depths also were troubled.

17 The clouds poured out water: the skies sent out a sound: thine arrows also went abroad.

18 The voice of thy thunder was in the heaven: the lightnings lightened the world: the earth trembled and shook.

19 Thy way is in the sea, and thy path in the great waters, and thy footsteps are not known.

20 Thou leddest thy people like a flock by the hand of Moses and Aaron.

Services

Hello everyone! I am now offering my own divination services for the public. I have decided to begin offering my divination services in order to better serve the community and offer a reliable method to those simply seeking answers.  I am currently offering mostly cartomancy readings with different decks, but the diversity of my offerings will increase with time.

The decks that I use are:

Under the Roses Lenormand

Rider-Waite Tarot

Necronomicon Tarot

Lenormand Services
The Petite Lenormand is a deck composed of 36 cards, each one corresponding to a specific idea. The picture of the card itself is not interpreted as in tarot, but treated as a word in a sentence and thus read alongside other cards for context. They are wonderfully simple to work with and often produce really mundane and scarily true answers.

Grand Tableau $60: This spread uses every card of the lenormand deck, 36 cards in all. There are a few ways to lay this out, but I use the 9x4 model. That means nine columns and four rows of cards. The Grand Tableau is used to investigate every aspect of one’s life, the past, present, future, and the myriad of influences affecting your world. The spread can take anywhere from 40 minutes to two hours to read fully. It can be slightly modified to look at relationships or other questions when one needs a very broad picture to look at. The time frame of the spread is the next six months.

3x3 Past Present Future $10: One of the basic of spreads, this is basically nine cards laid out in 3 columns and 3 rows. The first row tells the past, the second the present, and the last row is the future. Influences, major themes, and the heart of the issue can all be read from this single thread.

9 card spread $10

3 Card spread $5

Tarot

General Reading $20: This spread looks directly at your family, social, financial, love, and health. A major arcana card and a minor arcana card are drawn for each area of your life and interpreted alongside a card of fate which dictates the theme of the whole reading.

Past Present Future $15: A nine card spread similar to the Lenormand spread. Three cards are drawn for the past present and future and read accordingly.

Celtic Cross $15: The celtic cross is an immensely useful spread that can answer almost any question or give insight into any situation. The current situation, obstacles, past influences, immediate past/future, final future, etc are all revealed through this spread.

3 Card Spread $10

9 Card Spread $15

Tarot Lenormand Combo

Combining tarot and lenormand has given me a lot of useful insight in many of my readings, and so I am now going to offer them here.

Three Card (of each deck): I lay down 3 tarot cards and 3 lenormand cards and interpret them to answer your question. $12

Five card (of each deck): 5 cards from each deck are used to answer your question. $17

Relationship Spread $25: 13 lenormand and 13 tarot cards are pulled out to tell you the thoughts, hopes, qualities, and feelings of the two people involved in the relationship. 3 extra cards to look into the future of this relationship.

Adding Tarot to any Lenormand spread: I place down the lenormand cards in their normal spread, on top of tarot cards already laid out in that position. So nine lenormand cards on top of nine tarot cards, for example. This is the price of the lenormand spread plus half of its own price. So, for example, a grand tableau with tarot would cost $80.

These spreads may be used in two ways:

Blending Tarot and Lenormand. The definitions of these two cards become blurred and point to the same thing. For example, The Child + The Lovers, New Love.

Two sides of the same coin divination. In this manner, each deck is used to represent two different sides of the same question. Tarot will represent the inner journey of the asker, while the lenormand will tell us the hard facts of the story.

Note: All spreads will be photographed and sent to client at the email address they contact me with unless otherwise requested by the client. I will not send any by text, only email. All services are to be arranged through email and sent through paypal. I accept only paypal. Contact me at my work email damadelanoite@gmail.com. Thank you for reading!
